About Sellforte

Sellforte is a team of 20+ exceptionally smart and talented people. We are a unique combination of data scientists (e.g. PhDs in quantum physics), ex top tier management consultants with deep understanding of customers' business and problems, and software developers who kick ass.

We provide an AI SaaS solution for marketers to measure and optimize all of their marketing activities. We are not a company that only shows cool marketing metrics or fancy dashboards – we deliver real impact in sales and profit through our AI-driven recommendation and decisioning platform. We already serve several large marketers in the Nordics, such as Gigantti, Cloetta, Kotipizza, Tokmanni, Stockmann, Musti & Mirri.

We have grown rapidly, even in the last few months when governments have implemented societal restrictions, and have an ambitious plan to continue doing so. For this journey, we are looking for people like you.

Your role: key player in our software team

Our product is where our customers get their impact. We need your skills and expertise to help building our UI and the broader software platform, so that we can 1) develop new features to delight our customers and help them acquire more customers, increase their sales and profits, and 2) scale our service to new customers across the globe.

You'll join our strong software development team, led by our CTO Teppo, and work closely with our data scientists developing new AI features, as well as with our customer success managers who are on the pulse of what our customers are telling us.

As a lead developer, you'll have a real influence on the product development and ultimately on the customer impact. You will also be supporting other members of the team in finding and designing smart solutions to different use cases and challenging technical problems.

Needed: senior-level full stack skills

Several years of hands-on experience with modern web development

Excellent full-stack skills in modern JavaScript technologies

Knowledge of testing web applications from unit tests to e2e

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

Ability to develop and deploy clean code while being pragmatic

Fluent communication in English

Skills in UX design are a plus

BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer science, Information sciences, or other suitable field is also considered a plus
