As a Customer Success Specialist at Sellforte you will

Support Sellforte SaaS onboarding projects and customer success, working closely with Customer Success Manager, Sellforte data scientists, and customer’s specialists (marketing, merchandising, supply chain)
Track onboarding projects’ progress and task lists
Ensure all the data needed for successful implementation is received (e.g., all online media accounts are included)
Communicate proactively with customer’s stakeholders
Produce materials for ongoing status updates
Support determination of Sellforte SaaS tool’s impact on customer’s business
Contribute process development

Your skillset and experience

Interest in start-ups, analytics, technology, and customer success
Preferably some experience in marketing planning (e.g., media-mix planning, digital media), marketing consulting, or marketing analytics
Consistent way of working: it's easy for you to manage and control complex entities
Analytical mindset
Hands-on skills with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably some online media platforms, e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360
Proactive, result-driven, and hands-on attitude towards work
BSc or MSc Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Systems Sciences, Information Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance or similar field
Fluency in English and Finnish, German skills appreciated
